The Committee on State Building and Local Self-Governing recommends that the Parliament adopt the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On State Service in the Self-Governing Bodies" (re the Formation of the Regional in the Cities Administrations) as a Basis

The Bill (Reg.№33240) recommends that the article 5 and 41 of the current law should be added with the principles according to which the city council of the cities with the regional division are given the authority to form the regional in the cities administrations in case the regional councils are not formed in the cities.
